Fort Mohave and Mohave Valley are two of the closest communities to our home base in Needles, CA, just across the river. Colorado River Cleaning Co. is a family-owned cleaning company. We clean houses, vacation rentals and small businesses along the Highway 95 corridor 7 days a week, 8 AM to 6 PM (California time), and we don't charge a travel fee to get to you.
Many homes here have big lots, garages and patios, and the desert wind pushes fine dust into every door and window track. Every visit covers kitchens, bathrooms, all floors (vacuum and mop), dusting including fans and baseboards, trash and bed-making. Add a garage sweep-out, patio cleaning or pet hair removal when you need more.
Recurring House Cleaning
Most households pick biweekly service. Weekly suits bigger households and homes with pets, and every 4 weeks suits quieter homes. Recurring clients save on every visit:
15% off weekly, 10% off biweekly, 5% off every 4 weeks.
If you're a winter resident, we can keep the place up while you're in town and pause when you head home.
Deep Cleaning (One-Time)
A deep clean is a single top-to-bottom visit with no ongoing commitment. We go after the buildup that regular cleaning doesn't reach: baseboards, blinds, fans, window tracks, and kitchen and bathroom grime. It's a good fit after summer, before family visits for the holidays, or as the first visit before recurring service. For example, a 2,000 sq ft home runs about $420 for an initial deep clean.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Selling, renting out or moving into a home in Fort Mohave or Mohave Valley? Move-in/move-out cleaning is priced at our deep-clean rate plus 50% for your home's size. Inside-the-oven and inside-the-fridge cleaning are available as add-ons, and they're listed on our rates page.
Vacation Rental & Airbnb Turnovers
River rentals and winter rentals here need a reliable turnover between guests. We clean to a property-specific checklist: bathrooms sanitized and restocked, kitchens reset, owner-supplied linens and towels changed, floors and surfaces done, and a final walkthrough. We flag left-behind items or damage before the next guest arrives. Same-day turnovers, extra laundry, restocking and BBQ cleaning are available as add-ons.

No. We don't charge a travel fee. Your quote is based on the size of your home and the service you choose.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We're open 7 days a week, 8 AM to 6 PM California time, Saturdays and Sundays included.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring all the cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer fragrance-free or eco-friendly products, tell us when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can I book just one deep clean?
Yes. Deep cleans are sold as one-time jobs. If you like the results, you can add recurring service afterward at the weekly, biweekly or every-4-weeks discount.
